The low-sugar konjac has a rich taste, so
With a little arrangement, it is a product that can be changed from a snack to a side dish of rice.
ーーChicken bokkake bowlーー[Ingredients] (for 1 person)
●"LOW CARB OTSUMAMI Garlic Chicken & Konjac": 1 bag ★Soy sauce: 1/2 tablespoon
★Sake: 1/2 tbsp
Mirin: 1/2 tablespoon
Grated ginger: 1/2 teaspoon
Green onion: as desired ●Hot spring egg: 1 (raw egg if desired)
●Red chili pepper: A little ●Rice: Appropriate amount
[How to make]
1. Cut green onions into small pieces.
2. Put all the ★ ingredients in a pot and heat over medium heat until it boils.
When 3.2 boils, put "LOW CARB OTSUMAMI Garlic Chicken & Konjac" in the pot and heat.
4. Stir the ingredients and sauce while heating until it thickens, and turn off the heat.
5. Serve rice in a bowl, top with green onions from 3 and 1, and soft-boiled eggs. Sprinkle the leftover soy sauce in the pan and add the chili pepper to complete the dish.
