About membership registration

Registration is free.
If you register as a member, we will inform you about new products by e-mail magazine.

Product ordering method

1. Member login
If you have already registered as a member, please log in to proceed with your order.
(You can also shop without registering as a member.)
2. Add the product to the shopping cart
Please select the type/color, enter the quantity and put it in the shopping cart.
3. Check the items in the shopping cart
4.Proceed to purchase
Check the contents of the shopping cart and if the contents and quantity are OK, proceed from the "proceed to purchase" button.
5. Enter orderer information and delivery address

About returns and exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please be sure to contact us by email and wait for guidance from us. If the product is returned before contacting us, we may not be able to accept it.

Defective products and wrong delivery
Please contact us within 7 days of arrival. (Contact: shop@gfconcrete.com )
In the case of a defective product, please send us a photo of the defective part so that we can respond smoothly.
We will immediately process the return or exchange.
