About Member Registration

Registration is free.
If you register as a member, we will inform you about new products via email newsletters.

How to Order Products

1. Member Login
If you have already registered as a member, please log in to proceed with your order.
(It is also possible to shop without registering as a member)
2. Add items to cart
Select the type/color, enter the quantity, and add to your shopping cart.
3. Confirm items in your shopping cart
4. Proceed to checkout
Check the contents of your shopping cart. If the items and quantities are correct, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
5. Enter customer information and shipping address
6. Select payment and delivery method
7. Confirm order details
8. Order complete

After Ordering

1. Order confirmation email sent automatically
2. Shipping notification

Shipping & Delivery Fees

About Delivery
After confirming your order, items will be delivered within 3-4 business days via Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.
Delivery Fees
・Courier service: 780 yen nationwide (1,630 yen for delivery to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands)
Free shipping for purchases of 8,800 yen or more (shipping fees will still apply for purchases of 8,800 yen or more to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands)

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us by email and await our instructions. We may not be able to accept items returned before we have contacted you.

In case of defective or incorrect items
Please contact us within 7 days of arrival (Contact: shop@gfconcrete.com).
If the item is defective, sending a photo of the defective area will help us to process your request more smoothly.
We will arrange for a return or exchange immediately.
Due to customer's convenience
Returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, such as a difference in image or ordering error, are generally not accepted.

For products that support Noshi, there will be a selection option on the page for whether you want it or not. Please use that option.
About Receipts
If you require a receipt, please include the "Recipient Name / Item Description" in the remarks column when placing your order.
About Order Details
For privacy reasons, a delivery note is not included, whether for personal use or as a gift. If you require one, please write "Details requested" in the remarks column when placing your order.
