About your order

Once your order has been confirmed on our online shop, we will send an order confirmation email (automatic reply) and a shipping completion email to the email address registered at the time of your order.

If separate items are wrapped together, the wrapping may become twisted or the wrapping paper may tear during delivery. Therefore, we generally wrap each item individually.

About delivery

Delivery typically takes about 3 to 4 business days from the order confirmation date.
However, delivery may be delayed due to inventory status, weather, or traffic conditions.

You cannot specify a time slot when placing an order.
If you wish to specify a time slot, please use the tracking number provided in the shipping completion email to specify the time yourself.

If you are not home, a redelivery notice from the shipping company will be left in your mailbox or similar location. Please contact the shipping company directly to request redelivery.

Only credit card payments are accepted.

About products

"Best-before date" is a guideline for when the product maintains its quality and is delicious to eat.
While the quality does not immediately deteriorate after the best-before date, we recommend consuming it within the best-before period.
For products with a "use-by date," the quality may deteriorate or spoil more easily each day after the stated date.

For gift items, it is indicated on the side of the top box or on a sticker affixed to the back of the bottom box.
For individual items, it is indicated on each product.

About product changes, exchanges, and cancellations

We do not accept cancellations or changes due to customer convenience. Thank you for your understanding.
