Global Form Concrete Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of user information, including personal information, concerning users of the services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "the Service").
1. Collected User Information and Collection Methods
In this Policy, "user information" refers to information related to the identification of users, communication service behavior history, and other information generated or accumulated in relation to users or user devices, which the Company collects based on this Policy.
The user information collected by the Company in the Service is as follows, depending on the collection method:
(1) Information provided by users
The information provided by users to use the Service or through the use of the Service is as follows:

The specific purposes for which user information related to the provision of the Service is used are as follows:
(1) For the provision, maintenance, protection, and improvement of the Service, such as registration acceptance, identity verification, user authentication, recording of user settings, and calculation of usage fees related to the Service.
(2) For measuring user traffic and behavior.
(3) For delivering, displaying, and measuring the effectiveness of advertisements.
(4) For responding to inquiries and providing information related to the Service.
(5) For responding to acts that violate the Company's terms and policies (hereinafter referred to as "Terms, etc.") regarding the Service.
(6) For notifying changes to the Terms, etc. regarding the Service.
3. Method of Notification/Publication or Consent Acquisition, and Method of Requesting Discontinuation of Use
Users can request the cessation of collection or use of all or part of their user information by adjusting the prescribed settings of the Service. In this case, the Company will promptly cease its use in accordance with the Company's provisions. However, for some items of user information, their collection or use is a prerequisite for the Service, so the Company will cease their collection or use only if the user withdraws from the Service using the method specified by the Company.
4. External Transmission, Third-Party Provision, Presence of Information Collection Modules
The Service incorporates the following information collection modules. Accordingly, user information is provided to the providers of these information collection modules (including those outside Japan) as follows:
(1) Name of information collection module: Google Analytics
(2) Provider of information collection module: Google LLC
(3) Items of user information provided:
・Device information
・Information obtained through cookies and similar technologies
・Operation log information and behavior history within the Service
(4) Means and method of provision: Cookie
(5) Purpose of use by the above provider: Access analysis
(6) Presence of third-party provision by the above provider: None

5. Third-Party Provision
The Company will not provide personal information among user information to third parties (including those outside Japan) without obtaining the user's prior consent. However, this does not apply if it is necessary to provide to a third party (including those outside Japan) for the following reasons:
(1) When the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
(2) When personal information is provided due to business succession through merger or other reasons.
(3) When personal information is provided to partners or information collection module providers in accordance with the provisions of Article 4.
(4) When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency or a local public body, or a person entrusted by them, in carrying out the affairs stipulated by law, and obtaining the user's consent may hinder the execution of such affairs.
(5) Other cases permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act") or other laws and regulations.
6. Disclosure of Personal Information
When a user requests the disclosure of personal information based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company will, after confirming that the request is made by the user themselves, disclose the information without delay (if such personal information does not exist, the Company will notify the user of that fact). However, this does not apply if the Company is not obligated to disclose under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations. Please note that a fee (1,000 yen per request) will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.
7. Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.
7-1 If a user requests (1) the correction of the content of personal information based on the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that the personal information is not true, or (2) the suspension of the use of personal information based on the Personal Information Protection Act on the grounds that it is handled beyond the scope of the pre-published purpose of use or has been collected by fraud or other illegal means, the Company will, after confirming that the request is made by the user themselves, conduct the necessary investigation without delay, and based on the results, correct or suspend the use of the personal information and notify the user to that effect. If the Company decides not to correct or suspend the use, it will notify the user to that effect.
7-2 If a user requests the deletion of their personal information and the Company determines that it is necessary to comply with the request, the Company will, after confirming that the request is made by the user themselves, delete the personal information and notify the user to that effect.
7-3 The provisions of 7-1 and 7-2 do not apply if the Company is not obligated to correct or suspend use under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations.

9. Procedures for Amending the Privacy Policy
The Company will amend this Policy as necessary. However, if an amendment to this Policy requires the user's consent by law, the amended Policy will only apply to users who have consented to the amendment by the method specified by the Company. When amending this Policy, the Company will announce the effective date and content of the amended Policy through its website or other appropriate methods, or notify users.
