Therefore, we would like to inform you of the following changes regarding order processing and delivery:
Orders received by noon on a business day will be shipped on the next business day at the earliest.
We kindly ask you to pay close attention to the timing of your orders, especially before weekends and holidays.
■Shipping Suspension Period: May 2nd (Sat) - May 6th (Wed), 2026
■Last Shipping Day Before Golden Week: May 1st (Fri), 2026
■Shipping Resumption Day After Golden Week: May 7th (Thu), 2026
Customers wishing to have their orders shipped before the Golden Week holiday should place their orders [by noon on April 30th].
Orders received from noon on April 30th (Thu) until noon on May 6th (Wed) will be processed sequentially starting from May 7th.
*Please note that April 29th (Wed) is a public holiday, and the logistics center will be closed.
*Orders received by noon on a business day will be accepted on the same day, while orders received after noon will be accepted on the next business day.
*Please be aware that date-specific delivery may not be available immediately before or after the Golden Week period.
*In case of high volume of orders or logistics congestion, shipping may be slightly delayed. We recommend placing your orders with ample time.

While inquiries via the contact form will be received during the logistics center holiday, please note that depending on the nature of the inquiry, responses may be provided after the logistics center resumes operations.
