While preserving traditional manufacturing methods, we diligently pursued high-quality monaka every day, culminating in the "present" product.
Monaka are baked at around 200 degrees Celsius, but depending on changes in various conditions such as ingredients and climate, our artisans determine the optimal temperature for each batch and carefully bake them one by one.
For individuals, these are perfect for "Ochugen," "Oseibo," "Uchiwai," "Hikidemono," etc.

Storage method: Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and high humidity. Consume as soon as possible after opening.
Soup: Break the monaka in the bag, then place the monaka and powder into a mug or similar. Pour in 150ml of hot water (100ml for oshiruko) and stir well before serving.
Mixed Rice: Break the monaka into small pieces and add to 200g of warm rice. Mix well and serve.
Chazuke: Break the monaka in the bag, then sprinkle the monaka and powder over rice. Pour in hot water to your liking and serve.
Seasoned Rice: Use one monaka per cup of white rice. Add 1 cup of white rice to your rice cooker with the usual amount of water. Break the monaka into small pieces in the bag and add to the rice. Stir lightly and cook.
