How to eat MAM OSUIMONO is very easy. You can eat it immediately by breaking the monaka in the bag, transferring it to a container, pouring hot water and mixing. As the monaka melts, it becomes more fragrant and thicker, making it more satisfying to eat than powdered soup. Monaka is baked at around 200 degrees Celsius, but the craftsman adjusts the temperature according to various conditions such as raw materials and climate. Each one is carefully baked in a factory where the temperature can exceed 40 degrees in the summer.
