MAM SWEET FU Fu confectionery (from Aomori Prefecture)

The technique for making "fruit and juice-infused fu (wheat gluten) snacks" was developed through collaboration between local farms, coordinators, and fu makers. It is thanks to the techniques gained from this regional collaboration that we are able to deliver various fruit and juice-infused fu snacks.

| Product Description | Founded in 1882, we have inherited the traditional "fu" in Hikiage City, Aomori Prefecture, and meticulously craft them by hand for generations. Blueberry : This fruit fu snack is coated with syrup containing blueberry juice. The balance of sweetness and tartness is just right, with some fruit pulp remaining for an enjoyable texture. Apple : This fu snack is generously coated with a sweet-and-sour apple flavored syrup made with Hokkaido beet sugar and Aomori-grown apple puree. Cassis : This fu snack is finished with syrup made with Aomori-grown cassis puree, offering a delicious and rich tartness. Sakura : This fu snack is generously coated with sakura-flavored syrup, offering a delicious and gentle sweetness. Mango : This fu snack's vibrant yellow mango color is eye-catching. When you open the package, you can enjoy the rich, tropical aroma of mango. La France : This fu snack lavishly uses La France pears from Yamagata Prefecture.
