To make MAM MATCHA, simply add powder and hot water to a cup and mix. Even those who don't usually drink matcha might find it surprisingly easy to try. Make iced matcha with a small amount of hot water and ice. It's also fun to customize with honey, sugar, or milk. Why not incorporate Japan's traditional drink, "matcha," into your life, whether in summer or winter?

Product Background
Wazuka Town in Kyoto has been producing Uji tea since the Kamakura period. It is one of Japan's leading tea producing regions, accounting for 40% of all Uji tea. The factory that produces MAM MATCHA has been growing and processing its own tea since the first year of the Meiji era, and is now increasing its organic cultivation. With safety and security as its motto, it primarily offers products free of preservatives, flavors, and colorings, and is developing innovative products while preserving the authentic taste of matcha. Matcha is, literally, a drink made by powdering tea leaves. Therefore, it has a unique characteristic not found in black tea or barley tea: it allows you to ingest the vitamins, amino acids, catechins, and other nutrients contained in the tea leaves without losing them. Tea is essential for relaxation. Please relax your mind and body with truly delicious things.
MAM CAFE
It is said that Japan is perhaps the only country in the world with so many onomatopoeic words to describe food: "mochimochi" (chewy), "paripari" (crispy), "shakishaki" (crisp), "torōri" (gooey), "kotteri" (rich)... This suggests that the people of Japan have a strong passion and dedication for food. Surrounded by sea and mountains, Japan is blessed with abundant nature. Delicious food can be found everywhere. However, the delicious foods we know are probably just a handful. There are still many truly delicious foods that are not widely known. There must be exquisite local specialties, born from the unique conditions of each region—climate, water, soil, topography—and the delicate skills and dedication of artisans. The MAM CAFE series was born from discovering these specialties and combining them with our new ideas. We seek out "delicious foods" from all over Japan, pursue the joy of providing products that can be enjoyed with peace of mind, and introduce the finest flavors.Bulk orders accepted
