MAM OMOMUKI SET 1 (Ishikawa Prefecture)
This set includes representative Japanese soups and bowl dishes. We've packaged traditional Japanese soul foods like osuimono, chazuke, and miso soup, all carefully prepared with a focus on broth, into monaka wafers.
While preserving time-honored manufacturing methods, we continuously pursue high-quality monaka, resulting in our current perfected product.
Monaka are baked at around 200 degrees Celsius, but depending on changes in ingredients, climate, and various other conditions, our artisans determine the optimal temperature for that moment and carefully bake each one.



How to enjoy MAM CHAZUKE
Simply break the monaka in the bag, transfer it to a bowl, add hot water, stir, and it's ready to eat. As the monaka melts, it adds a fragrant, thick texture for a delicious experience.
