Brand It is said that Japan is one of the few countries in the world with so many onomatopoeic words associated with food, such as "mochi-mochi" (chewy), "pari-pari" (crispy), "shaki-shaki" (crunchy), "toro-ri" (creamy), and "kotte-ri" (rich). This suggests that people living in Japan have a strong passion and appreciation for food. Surrounded by the sea and mountains, Japan is blessed with abundant nature. Delicious foods can be found everywhere. However, what we know as delicious is probably still only a small fraction. There are still many truly delicious foods that are not yet widely known. Under unique regional conditions of climate, water, soil, and topography, and with the delicate skills and dedication of artisans, there must be exquisite local specialties. The MAM CAFE series was born by discovering these specialties and combining them with our new ideas. We will discover "delicious foods" from all over Japan, pursue the joy of providing products that can be enjoyed with peace of mind, and introduce the finest flavors.
