[Single Item] MAM KUZUKIRI Arrowroot Starch Noodles
MAM CAFE / MAM KUZUKIRI (from Ishikawa Prefecture)
Smooth texture and a clear, translucent appearance. These kuzukiri truly embody the coolness of summer. "MAM KUZUKIRI" is different from traditional kuzukiri, as it contains fruit juice and pulp, making it more like a fruit jelly.

All fruit pulp and juice are domestically sourced. The kudzu starch used is Yoshino Honkuzu, produced in the Yoshino region of Nara Prefecture, a brand of kudzu starch also used in high-end Japanese restaurants. Manufactured by a former konjac maker in Ishikawa Prefecture under international safety standards (FSSC22000), these kuzukiri can be confidently recommended to those who prioritize food quality.
Gift sets are also available. This 6-piece box contains two each of yuzu, peach, and natsumikan. Adorned with a fruit-themed band, the design appeals to a wide range of people, from seniors who love kuzukiri to young adults in their 20s.

| Brand | It is said that Japan is one of the few countries in the world that has so many onomatopoeic words to describe food: "mochimochi" (chewy), "paripari" (crispy), "shakishaki" (crunchy), "toro~ri" (creamy), "kotteri" (rich)... This suggests that the people living in Japan have a strong passion and dedication to food. Surrounded by sea and mountains, Japan is blessed with abundant nature. Delicious foods can be found everywhere. However, the delicious foods we know are probably just a handful. There are still many truly delicious foods that are not yet widely known. There must be exquisite specialty products born from unique local conditions such as climate, water, soil, and terrain, combined with the delicate skills and dedication of artisans. The MAM CAFE series was created by discovering these specialty products and combining them with our new ideas. We will continue to find "delicious foods" from all over Japan, pursuing the joy of providing products that can be consumed with confidence, and introducing the finest flavors. |
