It's very easy to make. For soup and clear soup, just split the monaka in the bag, transfer to a container, pour hot water and mix. Ochazuke can be enjoyed immediately by breaking monaka, pouring over rice, pouring hot water and mixing. As the monaka melts, it becomes more fragrant and thicker, making it more satisfying to eat than powder-only soup or ochazuke. It's fun to crack and eat monaka, so if you have children, eating together will make the dining table even more enjoyable.

Monaka is baked at around 200 degrees, but the craftsman adjusts the temperature according to the various conditions such as raw materials and climate. Each one is carefully baked in a factory where the temperature can exceed 40 degrees in the summer.
The monaka uses 100% glutinous rice from the Hokuriku region, and the soup is a proud soup that has been completed with our own experience and know-how from over 700 types of ingredients. Ingredients that go well with each soup are dried using a method that maximizes the ingredients themselves.
