On Saturday, August 27th and Sunday , August 28th , 2022 , we will open a “ MAM CAFE STORE ” at the Marufuku Market held at the FKD Interpark store (Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture).
During the above period, the new work “Osuimono Monaka”, which will be released from September 2022 Tororo Kombu" "Ochazuke Monaka" Salmon" "In the middle of cooking" Salmon cabbage” will be unveiled for the first time and will be pre-sold.
Mochi rice from Toyama Prefecture is used for monaka. Carefully baked and made by skilled craftsmen in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture.
You can enjoy the aroma of monaka and the smooth texture when dissolved in hot water along with the delicious soup.
